A: We are pleased to provide sample for approval. Sample lead time is about 10-15days.
Q4. What’s the MOQ of order?
A: 50pcs/item but mix full container load is required. We will also accept LCL for trial order.
Q5.What is your terms of delivery?
A: Our quotation is based on FOB Guangzhou port. We can also quote CNF or CIF is required.
Q6.Which kind of painting do you use?
A: we use PU + NC painting. The paint we use is environmental friendly and also lead-free. Attached is PCP and Lead free test report for our reference.
Q7.What if we get broken parts or missing parts?
A: We can offer 2% spare parts for hardware pack and glasses for free. If you need other spare parts, please let us know then we will quote for it.
